Delete your NINJA WORLD account

You can have your account and everything attached to it deleted at any time, for any reason, without explaining why.
From inside the game
Open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once. It cannot be undone.
By email, if you have already uninstalled
Write to paultulai@gmail.com with the subject NINJA WORLD account deletion and tell us the username you played under.
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and normally within a few days. You will get a reply confirming it is done.
The username is all that is needed. Do not send your password — it is not stored in readable form and nobody can check it against anything.
What is deleted

The one thing that is kept, and why
If another player reported your account and that report was upheld, the report itself is kept — the reason, the date, and the name as it read at the time. It is kept for safety record-keeping, so that a person who was banned cannot erase the record by deleting the account and making a new one. It is not linked to a live account after deletion, it is never visible to other players, and nothing about your characters, your inventory or your play is kept with it.
Reports that were dismissed, and reports nobody upheld, are removed with the rest.
There is no waiting period
Deletion is not a soft delete. The rows are removed. There is no window in which signing back in restores the account, because there is nothing left to restore.
